These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Arise Kids: Holy Bible App (the "App", "we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service integrity, or violate applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for family use. Purchases and account decisions should be made by a parent/guardian or another authorized adult.

3. Subscription and Billing

The App offers premium access through an auto-renewable subscription:

Premium unlocks: all Week 1 content, verses, and journal.

Pricing may vary by country/region, taxes, and local App Store rules. Final price is shown before purchase confirmation.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before period end.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) may be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

4. Purchases Infrastructure

Subscription status and entitlement are managed through RevenueCat. Billing is handled by Apple App Store. We do not store full payment card details.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All app content, design, branding, and software components are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Analytics and Attribution

We use service providers such as Firebase and AppsFlyer to measure app performance, attribution, and product quality. Use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the App at any time, including features, pricing, and plans. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for legal/security reasons. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your country.
